01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CorvaneOS (“CorvaneOS”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of corvaneos.com, the CorvaneOS workspace, the HEYAI agent, our APIs and related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking Continue during onboarding or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or fund, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.
02Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us at once at maulik@corvaneos.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
- One person per account. Do not share logins; invite teammates to your workspace instead.
03The Service
CorvaneOS gives builder teams a shared workspace for projects, tasks, documents, team chat, sales, customer feedback, hiring and investor relations, and gives angels, syndicates and VCs workspaces to track deal flow and portfolios. Some features are marked as previews or “coming soon” and may change or be removed.
We are constantly improving CorvaneOS and may add, change or retire features. If we remove something material to a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.
04Workspaces and roles
Each workspace belongs to an organization. The organization's owners and admins control who is invited, what members can see and which apps are connected, and they are responsible for their members' use of the workspace. If you join a workspace through an invite, the organization may manage or remove your access and keep the content you added to it.
05Your content
You own your content. “Your content” means everything you or your team upload, create or connect, including documents, messages, records and data synced from connected apps.
You give CorvaneOS a limited licence to host, store, process, display and transmit your content only as needed to run the Service for you (for example to show it to your teammates, back it up, or send it to our AI provider to answer a HEYAI request). We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights and any consents needed to put it in CorvaneOS, including personal data about your customers, candidates or investors.
06HEYAI and AI features
HEYAI and other AI features generate answers automatically from your workspace data. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, hiring or investment decisions. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
AI usage is subject to the quota of your plan. We may limit requests that exceed it or that harm the Service.
07Connected apps
You can connect third-party services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, Notion and Instagram. When you connect one, you authorize CorvaneOS to access that service on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Third-party services are provided by their owners under their own terms (for example Meta's terms for Instagram), and we are not responsible for them, their availability or changes to their APIs.
You can disconnect any app at any time from the Integrations page. See the Privacy Policy for how connected-app data is handled.
08Not investment advice
09Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or upload content that infringes others' rights or that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
- upload malware, or probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission;
- access another organization's data, or try to get around access controls, rate limits or plan quotas;
- scrape the Service or overload it with automated traffic outside our published API;
- use the Service or connected apps to send spam or to collect data in ways that break a third party's terms;
- use HEYAI to create content that is deceptive, harmful or designed to mislead investors;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
10Plans and payment
CorvaneOS offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter, Pro and Enterprise), with the features and limits shown on our pricing section at the time you subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
- Prices exclude taxes, which you are responsible for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend paid features.
11Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, the CorvaneOS and HEYAI names and logos, and our documentation, belongs to CorvaneOS and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
12Suspension and termination
You can stop using CorvaneOS at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing maulik@corvaneos.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your content. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) survive termination.
13Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate. Keep your own copies of important content.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorvaneOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or investment returns, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify CorvaneOS against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of a third party's rights.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before filing a claim, please contact us at maulik@corvaneos.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring the claim locally.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms: maulik@corvaneos.com. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form for an Enterprise plan, are the entire agreement between you and CorvaneOS about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
